Also, Lakers’ Patrick Beverley (right knee soreness) is doubtful.
Davis exited the Lakers’ loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday with flu-like symptoms in the first quarter.
James had 21 points and 17 rebounds in Cleveland.
Davis is 11th in the NBA in scoring this season, averaging 27.3 points per game, while James (25.8) is 13th.
After a slow start, the Lakers (10-13) have won eight of their past 11 games.
The Raptors are 12-12.
